Great cinema. Can’t really complain to be honest. I came here last year in December and the heating was down. But yet I didn’t mind I had my nice warm scarf and coat on so heating or not I still got to watch my movie on a big screen with great sound :) so I’m very happy now it’s been revamped and open again, plus great prices :)
Typical example of a small, quaint, old-fashioned cinemas - two screens and independent, so no big chain advertising or pushing of memberships which is refreshing! Decent acoustics, reasonable prices and small counter offering food and drinks. Definitely a 'no frills' experience - seats are inevitably old and need a lot of tlc - but in some ways this makes it a nice 'throw back' to older times and old-school picture houses, with the charm and personality which is often lost with the big, modern cinema chains.
