Very attentive young man at reception and knew my name even before I told him! Chatty and quick with the paperwork. A pleasant experience here which isn't always matched at other Hertz offices and I use a lot of them all over the country due to my job! I have never been to this particular one before but would definitely recommend them. A bit out of the way to get to if, like me, you have to walk or get a bus to these hertz offices. Other than that great service.

Happy customer - If only all businesses were as good as Afford! They are always so friendly and helpful. Nothing is problem for them. I turned up without my license and they still gave me a car using my license number and NI number to check my points. Great customer service and staff culture and great management!
