At Stafford Instruments Ltd. we have used Cheadle Accountants & Cheadle Business Services for over 15 years and watched them outgrow 2 premises in this period. They set us up with Sage 50 Accounts Professional and they handle our payroll. They fill forms in for us so we can get on with more important stuff. I value their experience and advice and have no hesitation in recommending their services. Oh yes - it is easy to park at their premises because they have a large car park.

Large inside and plenty of 'help yourself' machines which helps you either skip the queue or at least helps reduce it.

After splitting up with my partner, who had not allowed me any access to the joint finances, I found myself having to piece together what was actually happening with my money every month, having to open myself a new bank account, trying to separate what was my financial responsibility and what were joint responsibility, all at a time when I was obviously having to deal with a lot of other issues. The staff in this branch couldn't do enough for me, especially Anne who has been "my Rock". thanks to everyone of these people, they're the best!

Plenty of automated machines and staff on hand if you need help. No counter service on Saturday's though which isn't very useful.

Excellent service provided by Lloyds after the passing of my father, thank you for making the process painless.

A nice bank with friendly staff, however the queue can get really long and they keep changing there opening times on a Saturday - I personally preferred the extended hours but they are no longer available.

Excellent guy. Sorted our unused old leaky boarded window. Bricked up and returned to plaster. Excellent finish and no mess. I'd recommend all day long. Seen him in the street working on other projects and heard good things of Dave. Cheers.

Very attentive young man at reception and knew my name even before I told him! Chatty and quick with the paperwork. A pleasant experience here which isn't always matched at other Hertz offices and I use a lot of them all over the country due to my job! I have never been to this particular one before but would definitely recommend them. A bit out of the way to get to if, like me, you have to walk or get a bus to these hertz offices. Other than that great service.

We used dwr joinery to fit some shelving in an upstairs store room that was formed as part of a loft conversion. The standard of work was very high and we were extremely pleased with the result. They worked very hard until well into the evening. Very pleasant to have around and very tidy. Very competitively priced. We would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.

So impressed with, and grateful to, TRT! We broke down in our Campervan on the M11 on a Saturday pm on our way to our holiday. Called the AA who checked the car, were all doom and gloom and told me I wouldn’t get it fixed during my holiday and might as well head home. I ignored them and started ringing garages near our campsite (we have AA Relay) and the first one I rang was TRT. Rob was so helpful, offered advice over the phone, was optimistic and had a great “can-do” attitude. He promised to come out to our campsite and try fix it there or take to garage if not. In the end it was a much simpler fault than the AA tried to tell us and after a quick trip to the garage, Rob called to say it was up and at ‘em again. Even cost us less than originally suggested as the repair wasn’t as much work as first thought and Rob only charged us for work actually done. Highly recommend TRT!!! Thank you!

Rob has been absolutely excellent would 100% recommend after having issues with the car rob came out within the hour and fixed my battery. He then came out again on a bank holiday to do a diagnosis for my starter motor .... my clutch is being replaced and after being quoted £1400 from A1 and about the same with Halfords robs quoted me a fraction on that. Reliable,knowledgeable and excellent priced

As a fairly new resident in Stafford I have used a couple of garages both chain and main dealer. Today I had my Honda Civic serviced and MOTd at FMS and have to say I am very impressed. The service was spot on the communication superb. The price I feel represented excellent value for money and would not hesitate in recommending them.

This garage doesn't deserve five stars, in my opinion it should be ten. They got my son's car repaired with a transmission fault at a very good price. It could and I thought it would be on par with righting off Portugal's national debt. Could have written the car off but it was no anywhere near it. Picked the car up 17th January and it's still working very well seven weeks on. The honestly of this garage is second to none. Richard and his team are excellent and what his team don't know you can write on the back of a stamp. Sure they could turn water into wine. They've got a very loyal customer for life.

This dealer is without doubt the best. Used cars are serviced,MOT d and come with a 3 year warranty. Any problems and they sort it immediately. I've been to buy cars from some other dealers who literally wash it and put it out for sale,when the cars have issues. Bowers have integrity and the owners are true gentlemen. I tell all my friends to go there now because I trust them.

I recently purchased a 13 year old Mini from Bowers Motors. I couldn't be more pleased. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful service. No pressurised sales talk. I paid a fair price and so far the car has been exemplary. Why pay an inflated price for a new car when genuine second hand vehicles are available? I have no hesitation in recommending Bowers Motors. The flowers and bubbly that came with the car were a thoughtful, added bonus.

Deal with a guy called Ollie there. Excellent customer service. Bought some chrome door sills for the works Ford Transit, very good quality and easy to fit. Best of all they're only round the corner from me.

I've dealt with Autoline on a couple of occasions now. Always had good customer service from them. I ordered the wrong part for my car as I wasn't really sure what I needed, but they were extremely helpful and happy to do what they could to get me the right one to fit my vehicle. There was no fuss, and got my replacement item within a day of returning the wrong one I ordered. Good quality parts. I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

Tom in the bikes department is an absolute credit to the store. Knowledgeable without being condescending, is warm, friendly and approachable and still takes the time to listen to and advise customers without rushing them even during the hectic Christmas period when all the guys have their workload hugely increased. And he also highlights accessories that may be of use without aggressively pushing to make sales. As someone who previously found bike shopping for my kids an intimidating experience I cannot recommend Halfords Stafford highly enough. Good Job Tom and the other guys.

Excellent service from these guys last night - especially Dan and Jake (and the Manager i think) who went the extra mile to get my car sorted back on the road. This was a great example of good old fashion customer service. Nothing was a problem - job done - happy customer. :-)

Just bought another car that needed a good clean inside & out, a quick search bought me to JP (Joe) and glad it did as he has just finished and made a big improvment to our car. Very helpful lad who has also given good advice on how to keep it looking good should we wish to do so ourselves.

Joe just finished a full day cleaning, decontaminating and waxing our Audi A5 and I’m gobsmacked, it looks phenomenal. I would highly recommend, he is clearly very passionate about what he does and his attention to detail is second to none! Would highly recommend and I’m a very fussy car fanatic ;-)

Fitted a plate heat exchanger I'd already purchased elsewhere but was unable to fit and did a general service on my boiler. Couldn't fault the guy who came out or the price, would certainly use again.

Mark arrived earlier today to look at my Ma's radiators. He was friendly, amicable & highly efficient. The issue was assessed & dealt with within the hour. Really lucky we have such a good firm in the local area.

I called on the coldest day of the year, when even the boiler didn't want to get out of bed. Although initially being told they would not be able to come until the next day. Matty arrived just after 12, and by 2:30, a new pump had been fitted and we are all warm and cosy once again. A big thank you to IGS for their prompt response, and a thank you to Matty for a job well done.

Paul swept 2 chimneys for me at my home yesterday. He did an excellent job, friendly, professional, tidy & very helpful. Paul knew a lot about fireplaces and gave great advice. We highly recommend Paul and will book him in every year to sweep the chimneys.

I wanted to know why my laptop screen was black, so they kept it for a few days to see what was the fault. They came back with faulty screen needs replacing. I chose not to do because it would of been half the price of the laptop, in my mind not worth doing. I asked did Stafford Computing want anything for their services and they said no. Amazing service and warm friendly atmosphere. Highly Recommend.

I have a laptop that has a unique sized screen which is hard to get hold of. They managed to find one and get it fixed within three days. Polite and helpful. The only downfall is it was a bit pricey

Good product information and friendly staff but prices are no longer competitive compared to online selkers. Fine if you want something in an emergency but if you can wait check the prices elsewhere and ask for a pricematch or walk.

It’s not often I take the time to leave reviews but in this instance I believe a massive round of applause is due to the entire team at Stafford ATS. First impressions really count and they certainly are very friendly and obliging, Having booked my Audi in for diagnostics of a noise coming from the front end they made sure they covered every possibility including swapping wheels round and road testing. They could have easily gone for the most expensive fix option but instead took their time to get to the bottom of things. Yes, this takes time and they are very busy , in fact if anything they could do with more staff ( that’s not a complaint, they just are very busy) So if you’re prepared to sit back , use the free wi-if and free coffee it will be worth it and you’ll be like me leaving a big fat positive review. Thanks guys for your help resolving things, my car is perfect now.

Bayliss and Cooke were very helpful and informative when I called about my business insurance. They were able to offer me a fair premium, great advice and even offered to visit my business premises to discuss in person. They ran through all of my insurance needs and advised me about areas of cover I was unaware I was exposed to, my previous broker didn't. Would definitely recommend Bayliss and Cooke.

The Money Bee and the team have been brilliant throughout my Mortgage applications. The team including Sharon and Simon have been brilliant from the first contact all the way through to the process, keeping me informed and giving regular feedback. Working in the Mortgage industry I had an idea of what I wanted for my mortgage, but with the help and the expertise from The Money Bee I feel I now have the correct Mortgage product for my needs and also the right life insurance to cover me, the advice given for both of these has been brilliant and I have always felt in control and that I have all the information that I need. The mortgage applications has been hard to complete with the Lender having issues with their system, but Simon worked tirelessly to make sure that the Mortgage Offer was received in time for the completion and kept me informed all the way through the process. I can’t thank the Money Bee enough for all their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for advice on their Mortgage and Life insurance.

Left our small dog here twice now and planning to do so again soon. Bella always returns happy n smelling wonderful. We also have her groomed while in kennels and the cut is perfect. I would be worried if the telephone was answered 1st time as this would mean time is not being spent with the animals; I leave messages and my calls are always returned. A lovely little library that I used to frequent growing up, I know it's changed so much recently with Government cut backs and all, but I have always loved this place it's a nice little community library, with events for people of all ages.

We first met Fran when she photographed our wedding 3 years ago. The images that she created then were amazing and we had no hesitation in booking her to photograph our newborn. We were not disappointed. Not only did she create stunning images that brought more than a tear to my eye but her professionalism during the shoot was amazing. Not only did she show patience and such care towards our baby, never once forcing her to do anything against her will, she also looked after two tired parents providing a cup of tea and sandwiches. I would recommend Fran to any parent who wants to feel relaxed during the shoot and who wishes to have beautiful images that will last a lifetime.

I highly recommend Fran. I have used her twice for Christmas shoots for my little boy, she has a knack of making him so comfortable and at ease, she has captured some truly beautiful shots of him. Stafford Plumbing Services have recently refurbished our bedroom ensuite. The work was carried out with care, competence and correctness. We experienced very little disruption to our daily lives because of the thought and consideration displayed by Tony and Harrison. The finished article is "spot on" and exceeds our expectations. If you want the BEST Plumbers & Heating Engineers for a quality job at reasonable rates and a team who clean up afterwards then your search is over! 3 years ago they installed me a new Boiler, re-plumbing it into our airing cupboard instead of in the Garage. They removed the old header and Hot Water tanks and associated Plumbing and the whole installation is first class. They maintain the Boiler annually without being reminded service is due. Since then they have installed a new pressure driven shower in place of our old noisy Electric one. Another great job. They are returning shortly to undertake a total Bathroom refit. I endorse the many references that I have read on this website! So many happy customers surely says what you want to hear. (5 Months later.......) We returned from holiday to find our planned Bathroom conversion was complete and that the house had been thoroughly cleaned of dust etc created by the removal of EVERYTHING....Bath/Sink/Toilet. Double depth tiles from all the Walls. Walls re-plastered, Quadrant Shower cubicle, Bidet, Sink and WC with Furniture fitted, New Ceiling, Floor Tiles, Large Wall Tiles, Shower Panels, Extractor Fan and recessed ceiling light installed. Brilliant Jobs Guys...Just as we knew it would be!!!

We cannot fault this company. They helped us enormously over a stressful time and allowed us to change plans at a late stage when the buyer insisted on a much shorter completion than had been planned. We moved nearly 200 miles away from Stafford. Their removal staff are first rate and their office-based staff can only be described as wonderfully flexible. There was no damage and an old, complex, cabinet was taken apart and reassembled later by their staff. We were absolutely delighted with everything.

Great place. Customer service is fantastic. The owner, Abbi, will give you great advice on what dish to choose and it's clear that the quality of the food is most important to him. He did not disappoint. We had 2 fabulous meals and all of it was mouth watering. Great chicken, great flavour, particularly liked the thickness of the sauce which made Naan dipping really tasty. Even the poppadoms were light and fresh - I do like a good poppadom!

First time trying Spices of Stafford last night, we really enjoyed the food! Very tasty, light and not greasy. Food arrived hot and promptly. Great customer service will definitely be buying food from there again. It was great to meet Abi also, who really cares about high standards, which is nice to see.
